Vijay has been a leader for global talent in Japan for more than two decades, having built and led some of the most successful companies in the market. His experience spans across all aspects of talent solutions including executive search, contingency recruitment, contract staffing, RPO, and talent consulting. Vijay is passionate about delivering the best possible service to all of our customers through building and developing teams that work together and demonstrate our core values in everything that we do.
Originally from Alberta, Canada, Vijay graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree and later completed an MBA with McGill University. Vijay is a native English speaker and fluent in Japanese.
